Payroll Processing: Collect and verify employee timesheets and relevant data.\
Calculate wages, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure payroll compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review and verify payroll entries for accuracy.

Address employee payroll inquiries via phone and in-person.
Accept employment applications and answer phone calls.
Assist walk-in customers.
High school diploma or equivalent (an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
Previous payroll experience.
Knowledge of Data Trak and Sage software is a plus.
Familiarity with agriculture industry payroll laws is desirable.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Bilingual English / Spanish required
