You will be part of team creating motorsports vehicles for Formula and Indy races.Requirements:
- 7+ years machining experience using conventional and CNC machines;
- 5 years of experience programming 5 axis CNC, creating tooling, fixtures and manufacturing processes to manufacture components.
- 5 years’ experience running Mazak multi axis using Mazatrol software.
- Experience in modifying engineering models for the appropriate CNC machines.
- Experience in designing CAD models.
- Experience in developing manufacturing process to machine complex parts.
- Complete understanding of reading blueprints and drawings.
- Expert in precision measuring and layout tools.
- Knowledgeable of metallurgy, heat treatment and machining tools.
- PC Proficiency.
- Experience with lathes Mills-Horizontal and Vertical.
- CNC Milling Machines; CNC Turning Center; Drill press; Band and Horizontal saw and Deburring with hand tools.
- Experience with had CNC multi axis grinding background would be preferred.
