Responsible for design, bills of materials, maintenance manuals, project related documentation and as-built documentation at project completion.
MUST HAVE- Technical Documentation / Writing experience Design custom automated mechanical equipment and systems. Generate design approval Create Bill of Material Generate and update Project Design Documents for assigned projects using various software packages including MS Word and MS Excel. Conduct meetings and communicate issues and project progress to management. 5+ years of design experience of complex assemblies and moving parts
Associate of Arts Degree in Mechanical Design or applicable technical degree as well as a minimum of 5 year work experience.
Knowledge of ASME Y14.5 drafting
Experience putting together technical documentation for engineering drawings
