You will have responsibility for providing technical support to GlobalFoundries customers. Specifically, you will work with customers on new opportunities, carrying out successful evaluations of GlobalFoundries technologies leading to Design Win (DWIN), converting it to Design-In/Tapeout and ensuring a successful first time-right experience Essential Responsibilities include:
Familiarize with GF technology offerings and deep dive with GF experts to learn technology features and differentiation.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to match GF technology offerings with customer requirements
Assist customers with technical evaluation and tapeout execution partnering with GF subject matter experts.
Creation of customer-facing technical documentation on how GF technology solves their application / market needs.
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s or Master’s (Preferred) in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Preferred coursework / experience: Digital design synthesis (place & route, standard cells, etc). Analog, mixed-signal circuit design using EDA tools (layout, simulation, verification (verilog)).
