About the Team: We are the Impact QE (Quality Engineering) team is part of the Impact product suite, which focuses on ensuring the quality of tools and features designed to accelerate customer value realization on the ServiceNow platform. This is achieved by providing personalized guidance, recommendations, and guidance through AI-driven insights and expert coaching.
