In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of Automated Test & Equipment (ATE) Services including Planning, Shipping and Receiving.Essential Job Functions:Directs all aspects of planning for Engineering and Production Test for semiconductors. Sound business acumen, and the ability and motivation to work with a variety of complex customers to grow the business and meet their demandsAbility to identify and delegate work suitable for employees’ capabilityOrganize, schedule prioritize, and assign jobs to group membersProvide technical direction and leadership over all members of the departmentDevelop, review, and approve all analysis data and reportingPrepare customer summary reportsProvide, maintain, and emphasize quality in operation and productOrganize, manage, coordinate members of department to facilitate work flowPromote and direct a cohesive team environmentInterface with external customers to maintain professional relationshipIdentify and resolve problems within group operationsProtects confidential information and proprietary processes.   Handles customer materials and company equipment in a responsible and efficient manner. Follows established safety protocols and procedures.  Requirements of the Technology Control Plan are followed at all times to ensure export control compliance Ensures compliance with quality system documents and processes Maintains specified records of test data and ensures Good Documentation Practices Other duties as may be assigned
