This is a good opportunity for the right person. I'm looking for someone really good. I need someone who is professional. Someone who takes pride in their work. Someone who is productive. Someone who can do production painting efficiently but can also do high end quality work. Someone who can lead or follow. Someone who thinks about what they are doing.
This requires experience and skill. In addition to painting, skills like matching stains, patching and texturing dry wall and stucco, and repairing termite damage are also helpful. You must be hardworking, energetic and efficient. In other words you must produce! You absolutely must have good character: You must be cooperative, honest, reliable, get to work on time and get along with others. Each client has different needs so we and our approach must be flexible enough to meet these needs. So you must be able to listen and follow directions. Just as I expect to learn new things from you, you must be willing to learn new ways from us.
We work as a team. We all pitch in to prep and paint. Some English is required.
The pay depends on your skills and productivity and whether you have tools and a truck. If you prove yourself I will pay you well.
