CASA DORINDA, a luxury Retirement Community located in Santa Barbara, California, seeks a full-time Painter to perform a variety of painting and coating duties and related tasks. We require three (3) years in the maintenance field in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical, a High School Diploma or GED; fluency in the English language, including the ability to understand and follow oral instructions in English, experience in surface preparation, repair, finishing and painting of interior and exterior surfaces, knowledge of proper and safe use of hand and power tools, and have current California driver’s license and be insurable under Casa Dorinda's insurance policy.
