Kariella, a high-end modern bohemian Women's and Men's boutique, is looking to hire a F/T Store Manager (Some weekends required) for our new downtown Santa Barbara location. MUST be extremely reliable and have flexible availability as you will be responsible for running the show. You will be managing a staff of 3+ MUST have a minimum of 1 years of retail management experience be driven and used to working with sales goals. MUST be highly organized and take direction well.
Responsibilities include:
Covering shifts
Trainings
Store Meetings
Scheduling
Employee bonuses
Setting and Achieving Sales Goals
Enforcing policies and procedures
Maintaining cleanliness
Absolving customer service issues
Tracking supplies
$25+ hr, employee discount and 401K matching. Pay Depends on Experience.
