Location: Lake Cachuma, Santa Barbara County
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
-Assist guests with navigating their trip, offering recommendations for camping, hiking, and exploring the Santa Ynez Valley.
-Operate the register, stock shelves, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
-Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
-Pump propane safely and efficiently (training provided if needed).
-Handle a fast-paced environment during peak seasons and manage downtime effectively during slower periods.
-Go above and beyond to assist guests with their needs, creating a memorable outdoor experience.
Qualifications:
-Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
-Willingness to learn and perform propane pumping duties.
-Comfortable working in a dynamic environment that varies with the seasons.
-Passion for the outdoors and helping others enjoy their stay.
