Regenerate Health Medical Center is seeking a Junior Patient Care Coordinator.

This is a Full Time Position Mon-Fri (no weekends)

We are a “Private Practice” “NON EMERGENCY” Medical Clinic. We are looking for a stellar Junior Patient Care Coordinator to support our Lead Patient Care Coordinator in this fast pace, unique private medical center.

You’ll have the ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong organization skills and attention to detail. You’ll be a great communicator, committed and motivated, dependable and consistent, able to follow directions and enjoy completing tasks and projects. As our Junior Patient Care Coordinator you will have the opportunity to join a business that empowers its patients to take control of their health. You will be working in this successful medical office where you will play a key role in assisting the Patient Care Coordinator in supporting our patients and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will help facilitate care for patients, scheduling, support the procedure of new patient on-boarding, processing payments and communicating with patients, office staff and various medical laboratories to ensure a high quality service experience for our patients.

Additionally you will lend support to various non administrative tasks and responsibilities for our Medical Center. The training will be extensive and span into various areas of this Medical Clinic. The Junior PCC will cover breaks and any absences/time off of the Senior PCC and will be cross trained to fill in for the medical assistant in some capacities, as needed for various tasks. Various other responsibilities such as providing support to the medical team, preparing charts, taking vitals, managing medicinary stocking/ordering etc.will be part of your training as required to be effective in this role.

YOU have previous customer service experience and administrative know-how. You have experience in a technology based/paperless office setting and you feel comfortable and confident learning new systems and programs. Preferred Experience:

Prior Customer Service Experience

Admin Support Experience preferred

Experience working with computers, various software applications, etc.

Minimum 40wpm typing speed

Prior Experience with MindBody Online preferred

Experience or interest in Natural Health

Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

This is an administrative support position in a medical setting. No prior medical experience required! All necessary training will be provided.

This position is not suited for those looking to enroll in a medical program or part time schooling during our office hours or for those looking for a flexible work schedule

Required availability non negotiable - Mon, Wed, Thur 10:00AM - 6:00PM and Tue, Fri 8:00AM - 4PM. (There is no flexibility in hours required at the medical center) Preference will be given to individuals able to commit longer term.
