Seeking a part time experienced, responsible, trustworthy office assistant who is well organized, can work independently without supervision, and who is looking for a long-term opportunity to join our office in Carpinteria. Previous office experience is important and a great attitude and upbeat personality are vital since part of the job entails fielding phone calls and responding to emails from our clients, suppliers and our team in the field. Solid writing skills/grammar and great organization and follow-up skills are a must. Ideal hours would likely be in the afternoon to early evening, and possibly Saturday if you're interested.
Primary duties could include:
Making client phone calls, customer service, scheduling, follow-up, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks; scheduling and coordinating appointments and marketing campaigns; and talking with our team and clients on the phone and via email.
