Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Supervise, train, and mentor office staff, promoting a team-oriented environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain product inventory and place orders as needed to ensure availability.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office assistant manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle varying office tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with staff and customers.
Proficiency in office software, such as Sage 50 or similar programs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or office manager is a plus.
The position is for a 3-day/week commitment, Monday-Friday, with the possibility to grow into a full-time manager position with benefits
Starting at $21/H (plus benefits for full time position).
