Position Overview:
As an Office Manager a you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your expertise in Microsoft Word and QuickBooks will be crucial as you handle a variety of tasks including administrative support, financial record-keeping, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
-Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
-Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative support.
-Utilize Microsoft Word for creating, formatting, and editing documents.
-Use QuickBooks for managing accounts, processing invoices, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
-Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and QuickBooks is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
