Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for day to day operations of front office
2. Interact with families and outside agencies
3. Responsible for clear and effective communication between all departments.
4. Responsible for projection of positive first impressions of our community.
5. Provide administrative support to department heads.6.
We believe the ideal candidate will be able to take direction, has strong organizational skills, is self-motivated and enjoys detail-oriented work in a fast-paced team environment. We are looking for someone who has strong critical thinking skills and can easily problem solve with the tools and resources at hand.
The position is Full Time - Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
