Real estate office looking for part-time administrative assistant who is detail oriented and a team player to perform administrative/office support activities. Strong organization, computer, and phone skills are required! If you do not have this level of skill, please do not apply.
Computer skills required include PC-based MS Word, MS Excel, and ability to perform a variety of Internet research and data entry functions. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, word processing, data entry, filing, correspondence, and occasional use of personal car to run errands. Must be able to sit for several hours at a time at a computer.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Acrobat a plus. Marketing, escrow, and/or real estate experience a plus.
Compensation: 10-30 hrs/wk. $18-28/hr DOE. No benefits.
