A medical practice has a full time opening for someone to work in various aspects of front office operations.
Responsibilities include:
Making phone calls to and emailing physical therapy and medical offices.
Reviewing documents and electronically filing them
Assisting receptionist with incoming phone calls.
Miscellaneous other office functions.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer operation.
Have some experience in electronic document management such as filing in folders on a network drive.
Successfully engaging outside vendors and sources via phone calls and emails.
Willing to work in a team setting with other employees.
