Full Time 3-11pm position available. Must be okay with working weekdays and weekends.
We are hiring passionate Caregiver or CNA to work in a pleasant Assisted Living setting. Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills, are imperative to this position. Responsibilities Include:
Managing patient medications
Providing shower and dressing assistance
Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
Following patient care plan
Assisting with transfer and mobility
Responding to emergency situations and calling 9-1-1
Triaging patient concerns
First aid and wound care as needed
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
Communicating with patient families
