Team Leader for Cafe

Team Leader needed for busy Goleta coffee shop, M-F 9:30 - 3:30. Responsibilities include managing flow of prep; leading teammates through prep and checklists, customer service, all cafe station duties (register, food prep, bar drink prep). Training period pay of $22/hour for 1st month and after that pay jumps to $28 including tips thereafter. We're looking for a consistent daily weekday leader to lend continuity to our operations throughout the week. Six-month bonus of $650 with pay increase possible after that point as well. We're an energetic, friendly cafe and are looking for consistent, friendly teammates to join us in serving our locals. This position is Monday - Friday and the hours are required as stated though extra hours available occasionally should weekend shifts be desired.
