What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with excellence and care
Manage and mentor staff to deliver top-tier hospitality
Curate and maintain an exceptional wine program
Uphold operational efficiency and brand standards
Collaborate closely with ownership on guest experience, cost control, and strategic growth
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $90,000 annually
Performance Bonuses: Up to $3,750 per quarter based on KPIs (up to $15,000/year)
Wine Sales Commission: Tiered incentives on select bottle and pairing sales
Travel/Fuel Allowance: Up to $300/month
Professional Development: Support for wine certifications and industry events
