RESPONSIBILITIES :
Managing schedule + training for FOH employees
Ordering paper goods and beverages
Running the beer and wine beverage program
Ability to elevate the design / flow + execute FOH vision
Exceptional customer service + POS management for customer service requests
Ability to generate custom proposals for events
Managing merchandise
Taking pictures and/or vlogging
Setting up and organizing register station
Expediting food
Light bussing of tables
Organizing and stocking merch
Dining room breakdown / cleanup
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience managing FOH functions in a sophisticated restaurant environment
Must have some computer skills, can print, and can trouble shoot issues as they arise
Must be 21+ to serve beer/wine
Able to work 8-10 hour shifts on your feet and climb ladder to attic
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Minimum preferred schedule Wed - Sun 10:00am - 3:00pm schedule can be discussed for right candidate
