Looking for a full-time Lead Front Desk and Reservationist to join our close-knit team of incredible women at Springtide. As the first point of contact with our brand, the ideal candidate is a people person that warmly welcomes all guests. You will be checking guests in and out, handling retail sales, scheduling appointments (in-person and over the phone/email) and providing beverage service. We are looking for an optimistic team player with an upbeat attitude and strong sense of professionalism. An attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. Must be a people person!
Reservations and hospitality experience required.
$19/hour + retail commission + service and retail discounts. Advancement available.
Hours are 9:30am-6:30pm Tuesday-Friday and 8:30am-5:30pm Saturday
