The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office functions and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.Responsibilities:Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedulesPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondenceMaintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)Assist with data entry, tracking, and updating company recordsAnswer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional mannerSupport HR, Finance, and Operations teams with general administrative tasksCoordinate travel arrangements and expense reportingMaintain office inventory and order supplies as needed
