Outpatient Social Worker

Job Description:This role would support the outpatient behavioral health department with is comprised of their intensive outpatient programs (chemical dependency, adolescent, older adults, adult mental health, & dual diagnosis) and their partial hospitalization unit (adult mental health). They would be floating to support these programs with running 1-2 groups per day, psych intakes, and managing a caseload between 5-10 patients.This is a smaller program (30-40 patients) and it is a voluntary program so all the patients WANT to be there. The manager is amazing and works with you to play to your strengths. For example, if you have strong interest in chemical dependency, then she will work with you to create a caseload around that. Opportunity for FTE down the line.Requirements:

LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT

1 year experience

Skills:

Group therapy

DBT experience

Intake experience

EPIC

Work Environment:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
