Job Description:This role will be supporting the inpatient behavioral health department with case management and discharge planning. They will be rounding on patients in the adult and adolescent units, meeting with patients, calling patients, calling families, presenting community resources, and discharge planning. The caseload is around 10 patients and this role requires an LCSW.Skills:
