• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical program management experience coordinating cross-team technical programs

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects

• Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups

• Experience implementing Salesforce
