Description We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our team based in San Francisco, California. This role will focus on the creation and management of income tax provisions, responding to state tax notices and audits, and coordinating tax studies. This position is key to ensuring worldwide compliance and aiding in ad hoc projects or tasks. For immediate consideration, please contact Daniel Mok directly via Linked-In.Responsibilities: Create monthly, quarterly, and annual income tax provisions in line with ASC 740/IAS 12 Generate monthly tax entries, account reconciliations, and various tax accounting reports Collaborate with external service providers for the preparation and submission of quarterly estimated payments, extensions, and income tax returns Coordinate with external service providers for tax studies such as Research and Development tax credit and M& E analysis Respond to state tax notices and audits in collaboration with external service providers Partner with affiliates to ensure worldwide tax compliance Research and reply to queries from internal clients on tax issues Assist in completing ad hoc projects or tasks as needed Perform any other duties allocated related to tax management.Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Annual Income Tax Provision, Auditing, and Annual Tax Provision is required Must have expertise in Income Tax Provision and Corporate Income Tax Should possess a CPA Designation Extensive knowledge of ASC 740 is necessary Must be experienced in Account Reconciliation Familiarity with Corporate Tax Compliance, Income Tax Compliance, and International Tax Compliance is essential Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Should be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
