Staff Prompt Engineers (remote, contract)

Our client is seeking a Prompt Engineer on contract, to support their work building conversational companions. In collaboration with our engineers, scientists, and product team, the role involves creating and iterating on LLM and VLM prompts for a number of different tasks, as well as a small amount of data gathering and quality control.Responsibilities:Develop complex prompts to accomplish specific internal business tasks.Use our internal tools to gather ground truth data that measures the efficacy of those prompts.Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to discuss methodology and share results.
