Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst based in San Francisco, California. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality reporting, analytics, and actionable insights to empower leaders and organizations. As a Business Analyst, you will be expected to design, develop, and automate self-service dashboards and analytics solutions for Business Leaders and Managers at scale. You will be involved in the strategic use of data and innovation to enhance the value of the People Analytics function.Responsibilities: Provide high-quality and timely reporting, analyses, and actionable insights to empower leaders and organizations Distill insights from large and complex datasets, connecting disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative and analytical thinking Design, develop, and automate self-service dashboards and analytics solutions for Business Leaders and Managers at scale Lead the development and delivery of Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards Build and deliver dashboards and reports for recurring reporting needs, including MBR, QBR, and other business milestones Orchestrate expert-level data visualizations and presentations meaningful to business partners Enable leaders with insights to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment Serve as a thought leader internally with People team COEs, delivering analytics and insights across all People COEs Continually develop new models and methods for intuitive reporting solutions Drive the strategic use of data to enhance the value of the People Analytics function Be disruptive in your space by finding creative ways to provide innovative solutions despite limited data resources. Requirements Excellent knowledge and experience in Reporting, Analytics, and Quality Design Proven ability to create and deliver effective Presentations Strong background in Finance and understanding of financial principles Experience in implementing Automation in business processes Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis Familiarity with various research Methods and ability to apply them in business context Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including C-Suite executives Experience in creating and executing SQL Queries Knowledge in Psychology and its application in business decisions Strong understanding of Statistics and its application in business analysis Proficiency in Tableau for creating Dashboards and data visualization Experience in Discovery phase of projects and working with Business Partners Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and best practices Ability to drive Innovation in business processes and solutions Experience in Regression Analysis for predictive modeling Knowledge in Workday for business process automation Experience in Scale Out strategies for business growth Track record of achieving project Milestones on time and within budget.
