Description We are working with one of our clients to help fill an Operations Specialist position in San Francisco, California. This role involves assisting with new and existing client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and handling product setup and deposit operations within the banking sector. Responsibilities: Assist with the establishment and maintenance of new and existing client relationships Ensure adherence to new accounts processes including documentation, retention, and regulatory requirements Maintain in-depth understanding of products and services, rectifying any errors and responding to client inquiries promptly Support in collecting loan applications and financial documents of prospects Handle product setup and deposit operations, ensuring operational effectiveness Address client complaints and inquiries, maintaining contact with clients through telephone or written communication, as needed Assist with contacting clients on maturing CDARS and CDs in a timely manner for transfers and reinvestments Ensure completion of all bank-required training within the specified time frame Perform any other assignments as deemed necessary by the head of private banking to grow business.Requirements Must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Specialist or in a similar role. Proficient knowledge in ADP - Financial Services is required. Must be well-versed with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Experience with IBM AS/400 will be highly advantageous. Should be adept at using Management Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Familiarity with the 'About Time' software would be beneficial. Should have a strong understanding of Compliance processes and regulations. Excellent Customer Service skills are necessary. Must be able to handle Documentation tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Office Functions is required. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
