Description Robert Half is partnering with a company looking for an Service Department Manager/Office Manager. This is an ONSITE role in San Francisco, CA.Responsibilities, in part: Assist in HR and Executive Assistant functions Review contracts Manage the Service Department Maintain daily calendar for service electricians Communicate with customers by phone and email Be the central point of contact for all office needsRequirements Must be able to work ONSITE in San Francisco, CA. Previous experience in the construction industry strongly preferred Solid understanding of project flow from pre-construction through project completion (Strongly preferred) An understanding of common construction insurance and indemnity requirements (Strongly preferred) Familiarity with construction contracts and general terms in the Electrical Industry (Strongly preferred) Experience in juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and detail oriented Dependable, reliable and punctual Solid written and verbal communication skills Thrives in fast paced, changing environment with a can-do attitude Ability to work with minimal supervision; possess self-discipline with the ability to effectively prioritize­Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
