Career Services ManagerThis is a direct hire position. This role is primarily in-person, with engagement at various worksites across the San Francisco Bay Area.YUPRO Placement is hiring a Bay Area market Career Services Manager to play a crucial role in facilitating career and economic mobility for skilled talent by matching our job seekers with suitable employment opportunities. This role reports to our Vice President, Strategic Alliances, and executes full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client accounts and ensuring high-quality service.The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting, and assessing job seekers’ readiness and fit for job opportunities, aligning talent skills with our clients’ needs.  The Career Service Manager also gathers feedback from hiring managers on talent performance, to ensure we are meeting client needs while supporting talent to thrive on job assignments. In this role, the Career Services Manager collaborates with local and regional talent development organizations (e.g., non-profits providing training to job seekers) to expand both our talent database and increase job placements that contribute to broader community impact.This role is primarily in-person, with engagement at various worksites across the San Francisco Bay Area. General Job Responsibilities, though full role responsibility, is not limited to this information provided in the job posting: Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire life cycle recruitment flow from timely job order intake, recruitment, sourcing, and placement of candidates. Metrics Adherence: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and client delivery metrics, embodying and promoting YUPRO Placement values. Collaborative Engagement: Attend mandatory company meetings, actively participate, and collaborate with teams to expand job opportunities and grow client relationships and contribute to a positive workplace. Talent Support: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned talent throughout their employment journey, from onboarding to addressing any workplace issues. Collaboration with Coalition: participate actively in coalitions of talent developers, employer clients and other interested parties to develop and expand talent development and placement opportunities.Education and Experience and Location Specifics: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two years of related experience working in a team environment while also contributing independently. Experience in the staffing industry or related such as talent acquisition or HR while supporting recruiting, account management, onboarding/offboarding or talent acquisition. Recruiting experience required in any industry – matching talent to a job requisition; along with managing the recruiting process for placement required for initial consideration for this role.Basic understanding of and exposure to employment laws and regulations. Experience with client/account relationship management in any industry where both verbal and written communication is required for successful implementation of services.Experience working in a start-up culture or small business environment, where team structures evolve, change is constant, and creativity thrives. Success in this setting requires strong cross-departmental collaboration and adaptability. Must love all things recruiting – interacting live with talent on the phone, on Zoom, and in person, and a general overall desire to place talent in jobs that can change the course of a life in one job opportunity.This is an in-person role in the San Francisco Bay Area, with intermittent virtual work from home. Worksites may shift between Menlo Park, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose, depending on partner and client location. Pay Range: $80,000 per year. The role also has the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our company incentive plan based on company performance.Other Benefits: Position eligible for the following benefits on the first of the month after 30 days of employment: medical, STD, voluntary dental and vision, and life insurance, Smartphone and Internet allowance, and EAP.
