Evaluate Funds' quarterly and annual financial statements for accuracy and adherence to US GAAP standards.
Collaborate with the Finance management team to ensure prompt and precise audit and tax filings.
Including coordinating with external service providers, addressing technical tax and accounting matters, and facilitating the audit and tax procedures internally and externally.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate:
CPA with over 5+ years of audit or tax experience in public accounting or private equity/venture firm.
2+ years of review experience and one year as a manager.
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, or Economics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
