Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct demolition tasks, including but not limited to removing fixtures, walls, and interior components, etc.
Safety operates hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment
Responsible for the removal and disposal of debris and waste materials generated during demolition
Sort and salvage materials for recycling or reuse
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any issues promptly
Communicate and collaborate with the team to meet project timelines and deadlines
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the jobsite
Securely load debris into dump trucks and dumpsters
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to commute to various locations in the greater San Diego Area
Team player attitude, receptive to safe and prompt direction
Experience in construction is preferred but required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must wear safety hardhats, gloves, goggles, ect. during work hour
Must be legally authorize to work in the U.S.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in demolition or construction preferred but not required
Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
