Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee remodeling projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Source materials and coordinate deliveries
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues
Qualifications:
- 10 plus years experience in construction management
- Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong project coordination and scheduling skills
- Excellent time management abilities to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
- When needed, be willing to help with all aspects related to job completion activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and Coordinate Sub-contractors, supervisors, inspectors, and others involved with projects.
- Oversee all logistics, including material delivery, equipment, personnel, resource allocation, and safety.
- Communicate with senior management regarding timelines and budgets.
- Work on-site with customers/homeowners in coordinating the overall project.
