60 unit older apartment complex needs a resident manager with basic handyman skills. Manager would need to listen and respond to tenant issues. Collect rents, issue notices and resolve tenant disputes. Manager will have support of full time maintenance person. Applicant will assistant maintenace person or clean when not dealing with tenant issues. Applicant must be computer literate. Previous experience with property management software a big plus (Yardi Breeze.) Must be able to read and speak English. Speaking Spanish is a big plus. Must have previous resident manager experience.
Required to live on site in either a 1 bedroom 1 bath or a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. (Will get a discounted apartment as part of overall compensation)
