Job Title: Skilled Demolition Labor
Summary: Looking for a full-time demolition laborer, responsible for onsite supervision. Wanting to ensure the safety and efficient execution of junk removal and demolition tasks at jobsites by performing the following duties. Needs to be able to take direction from Owner/Operator. Communicate company safety procedures and expectations to all laborers.
Required to have a working U.S telephone and vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Conducts demolition tasks, including but not limited to removing fixtures, walls, interior components, etc
2. Operates hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely as necessary
3. Follows safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment
4. Removes and disposes of debris and waste materials generated during demolition
5. Sorts and salvages materials for recycling or reuse
6. Maintains a tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly
7. Communicates and collaborates with the team to meet project timelines and deadlines
8. Maintains cleanliness and safety standards at the job site
9. Loads debris securely into dump trucks and dumpsters
10. Performs other related duties as assigned

Jackhammer
Wheelbarrows
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Team player attitude, lead receptive to safe and prompt direction
Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to various locations within the greater San Diego area
