Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer / Helper to join our construction team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction site by performing a variety of tasks, including opening gates, cleaning, moving materials, helping coordinate activities, and operating man lifts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Open and close gates to control site access.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
-Assist in moving materials and supplies around the site.
-Help coordinate daily activities and support the construction team.
-Operate man lifts and other equipment as needed.
-Perform other general labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Punctuality and strong work ethic.
-Passion for construction and willingness to learn.
-Basic knowledge of building plans and construction is preferred but not required.
-Familiarity with CAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD is a big plus but not required.
-Ability to operate a man lift (training is provided).
