Dieters has an immediate opening for an experienced Service Advisor with Strong Automotive Background and extraordinary customer service and advising abilities.
A successful applicant must have at least 4 years of recent experience and a proven track record of recent success in automotive service advising.

Position requirements:
4 years current Automotive Service Writer experience
Great communication skills with customers, technicians and other staff
Ability to sell jobs to customers
Knowledgeable in building estimates
Problem solving skills
Effectively communicate customer service concerns/request
Understand the technician's diagnosis and service recommendations
Verify availability of required repair parts
Establish completion timeline expectations
Monitor repair progress
Document information about services performed or recommendation
Telephone skills and appropriate greetings when customers enter the facility
Have an ethical sales approach
Knowledge of Mitchell Manager is a major plus
Working in a team environment
PC, Typing skills, E-mail, On-line Appointments
Present professional image
Perform customer follow up
