Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance policies
- Process insurance policy applications, changes, and renewals
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and claims
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
-Must be a Licensed Insurance Agent (life, accident & health, or sickness)
- If unlicensed, must complete CA State licensing requirements within 30 days.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
