Allstate Insurance Agency in San Diego, CA looking to hire a Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team, all from the comfort of your own home.

Our Allstate agency in San Diego is looking for a representative that has a strong spirit of self-motivation, an energetic voice while speaking with potential clients, has a passion to achieve success in life, and a caring heart to do what is in the best interest of the client. Someone looking to fill this role should have a natural tendency to be genuine, honest, loyal and has a true drive and commitment to winning.

Join our diverse team that will help and encourage you to succeed. You will be provided the required equipment and training, however you are required to provide your own dedicated workspace where you can work uninterrupted.

BENEFITS FOR THE ALLSTATE INSURANCE AGENT:

● Sales Associate will have a Base Income plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonus opportunities.

● All Major Holidays Paid time off + additional paid days off.

● Marketing expenses are funded by the agency.

● Work from home, you can work from anywhere in the pacific time zone so long as you are licensed to sell insurance in California.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ALLSTATE INSURANCE AGENT:

● CA Property & Casualty license is preferred, if not licensed, must obtain prior to start date

● 1-year sales experience is preferred

● Insurance experience is preferred

● Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

● Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening

● Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

● Must be motivated and determined

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ALLSTATE INSURANCE SALES AGENT:

● Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

● Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

● Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client service support

● Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day

● Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
