Position Overview:
We are seeking 1-2 dynamic and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team. These roles are critical for driving our product into retail accounts and venues throughout Southern California. Initially starting as 1099 contractor positions, successful reps will have the opportunity to convert to W2 employees with equity in the company after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts and venues in your market.
- Introduce and promote Remix products to new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas to drive company growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and consistent re-orders
- Collaborate with the Remix team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the beverage industry with established contacts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Knowledge of the Southern California market is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary with commission potential to earn $150k+ per year upon meeting quotas.
- Opportunity to convert to a W2 position with equity in the company after 90 days of successful performance.
