IMMEDIATE NEED

START DATE: July 1, 2024

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a relentless drive to exceed targets. This position is based in our Carlsbad, CA office and involves a heavy reliance on outbound calling and identifying new potential customers. While some leads will be provided, the successful candidate will also be expected to proactively generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and engage potential customers.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

- Present and demonstrate McClatchey Coe’s sales and marketing automation solutions to potential clients.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and sales growth.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Accurately maintain records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position McClatchey Coe’s solutions.

Qualifications:

- Commitment to a sales role, preferably in the technology or automation sector.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong ability to build rapport and close deals.

- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other sales tools.

- College degree is not a requirement. If you have the drive, we'll teach you our business.

Compensation:

- Base salary of $36,000 per year for the first 90 days. $60,000 after 90 days.

- Aggressive commission structure designed to reward high performers.

- Expected total compensation of $120,000 annually.
