8 Ball Motorcycle Tires is currently hiring for a Sales Associate position.
We are the premier motorcycle tire retailer in San Diego, and are experiencing amazing growth. For that reason, we are looking to add a qualified candidate to our team. 8 Ball Motorcycle Sales Associates provide a welcoming atmosphere giving knowledgeable assistance that allows our customers to make educated purchases. Our Sales Associates provide an experience that is streamlined for an efficient buying process to accommodate our customers busy lifestyles. This process includes greeting, qualifying, advising, and closing. Training will be provided to enhance your selling skills.
Applicants should have general motorcycle knowledge. We can teach you about motorcycle tires, but what we can't teach is a desire to succeed, to have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. For sure we have fun, but we are a business, and are incredibly driven to provide an amazing experience for our customers. Creating the best motorcycle tire buying experience starts with employees who love what they do and who will contribute to the momentum of a fast and exciting environment.
Major responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Welcoming customers, qualifying customers in selecting the perfect motorcycle tire for their specific machine, providing accurate information on the different brands of motorcycle tires, and narrowing down the customers options, and closing the deal. Applicants must also have solid phone and communication skills, as many of our initial customer contacts are via telephone. Securing the needed information to make appointments is key.
