Automotive Sales Consultant
We are looking to hiring an experience sales person for an independent pre-owned automotive dealership in San Diego California.
We are looking for a customer focused Sales professional that is proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a high-volume dealership, we want to hear from you!
Automotive Salesperson Responsibilities:
Greeting customers to quickly and effectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
Contracting Customers
Organize deal jackets, to company standards
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Ability to Up-selling front products.
Answer calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner
Work Closely with Management
Self-Motivated and Competitive
Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
And miscellaneous office duties
Requirements:
At least one year of previous experience working as a Sales at an automotive dealership is required
Time Management Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Attention to details is a MUST
Valid Driver’s and Sales License
Proficient with computer, including Microsoft Office
High School diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
Highly detailed-oriented and organized
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
Experience and desire to work with technology
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and professional appearance and presentation skills.
Job Type: Full-Time
