We're looking for a driven and energetic Sales BDC Representative to join our team and be the engine behind our sales success! If you thrive on the phone, love the thrill of setting appointments, and enjoy the satisfaction of hitting daily goals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Dial, dial, dial: Make 100+ calls daily to warm prospects already interested in what we offer.

Email & Text: Stay connected with prospects through email and text, providing the information they need

and setting up appointments for our sales team.

Appointment Setting: Your main goal is to fill our sales team's calendars with high-quality appointments that lead to

closed deals.

Follow-Up: Keep track of your leads and ensure timely follow-up to keep the momentum going.

Stay Organized: Manage your day on the computer and the phone, juggling calls, emails, texts, and follow-up tasks

with ease.

What We’re Looking For:

Bi-lingual English and Spanish

Local: Live locally to Carlsbad

Phone Warrior: You’re comfortable and confident on the phone, with a passion for dialing and making things happen.

Tech Savvy: You know your way around a computer and can simultaneously manage multiple tasks and systems.

Goal-oriented: You thrive on meeting and exceeding targets, and you’re motivated by the results you deliver.

Great Communicator: Whether over the phone, via email, or through text, you know how to connect with people

and get them excited to take the next step.

Team Player: You understand that your success is tied to the sales team's success, and you’re eager to contribute to

the dealership's overall goals.

Schedule:

Monday/Tuesday/Friday: 11 am - 8 pm

Saturday/Sunday: 10 am - 7 pm

You are off on Wednesday and Thursday every week.
