Podcast agency needs YOUR skills to attract the right clients!
You’ll work directly with our CEO in a part-time role.
San Diego residents are preferred, but this is technically a remote position.

We are a very focused, established and systematic podcast agency.
We do 100% of the behind the scenes work, so our clients show up, record, and focus on the message. One of our clients said, “I do what I do best and let the best do the rest!”
We’ve served authors, speakers and business coaches in small profitable niches for 10 years. We then branched out to REALTOR associations, title companies and franchise companies, and we want more of them.
Our goal is to 3x the agency in the next 18-24 months.
Our clients typically come to us looking to become a thought leader in their niche and increase their brand recognition, which they can leverage into leads, sales, strategic partnerships, sweetheart deals, joint ventures and much more.
They want to network with the best and brightest in their industry, be seen alongside them as fellow experts, get invited to speak at conferences, and earn a “seat at the table” with key decision makers in their industry.
You’ll get to design, build and run a brand new “Dream 100” system to attract these new clients, including…
>Reaching out to key players in each space
>Collecting on-the-ground intelligence - beyond what’s available online
>Hosting your own podcast to foster those conversations (if its helpful to you)
>Researching and building the Dream 100 list
>Creating the follow-up system

>Podcast hosting support - Our team provides you guest booking and production
>Direct mail - Both in-house and contracted direct mail support are available to you
>Research - You’ll work directly with our in-house research assistant - no spending your time on $10/hour activities
>Educational content - We have materials available for print and digital newsletters, email marketing, podcasts, videos, video emails, custom printed postcards, and more.
>Use of our lead-generating book (MicroFamous, available on Amazon). We can also create new educational mini-books if needed.
We’ll decide together on the mix of educational content, direct mail pieces, follow up calls, gifts, mini-books and travel (if needed) to attract the right kinds of clients.
You don’t need prior experience in this exact kind of Business Development. Direct sales experience is preferred, and marketing experience or agency work is a bonus.
Personality and character traits are most important.
If you’re good with people, have a burning desire for growth and pig-headed determination to plow through every challenge til you get the sale, you’ll do very well.
