The ideal candidate will excel in engaging with customers online, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through various digital platforms. Duties:
Engage with potential customers through online channels, responding to inquiries and providing product information.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our sales software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective online promotions and campaigns.
Analyze retail math to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when handling customer calls or follow-ups.
Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in automotive sales, to better assist customers.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in retail or automotive environments.
Strong upselling capabilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in retail math to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with various software tools used for customer relationship management (CRM).
Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
Experience in outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
