Small insurance agency looking to hire a licensed Customer Service Rep. to help manage and grow our existing book of business.
Duties:
-Provide important assistance with policy administration, cross-selling and marketing
-Provide timely and accurate feedback to client inquiries on existing policies with regards to policy endorsements, billing and claims
-Handling service requests, processing necessary paperwork and answering incoming calls
-Build relationships with new and existing customers
-Provide excellent customer service
-Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals
-All other duties determined by agent
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Organizational skills
Detail oriented
Self-motivated
Bilingual - Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to pass a Company Background Check
California Property and Casualty Insurance License (must have currently)
