We are seeking a motivated Marketing / Sales Specialist who will work directly with our President to create and implement marketing and sales campaigns. This individual will assist with Marketing, CRM Data and Process Management, Email Campaigns, Sales Support and assist the President by taking over some administrative and communication responsibilities.
Reporting to the President and Sales Manager, this role plays an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans. This is a fast-paced position that requires a quick-learning, hard-working individual. The person must be able to easily adapt to change, maintain a positive and professional attitude and work both independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge, Skills -
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Must be analytical and creative in order to assist in creating visually appealing images and marketing materials.
You will be involved with multiple projects at one time. Therefore, strong Project Management Skills - the ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner - is crucial in this position.
You don’t need to be a programmer, but you need to become proficient with software programs used by the company
Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance
A keen eye for detail to proofread content, know how to use design software, and have a basic understanding of graphic design.
Desire to learn on your own and keep up with digital marketing developments and best practices
Experience in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaign content.
Disciplined work ethic and ability to help keep others on task
Roles & Responsibilities:
Participate in the support of planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns
Manage all marketing and sales campaigns - follow up with responsible parties, and make sure projects are completed on time - schedule out the timelines of projects and ensure execution
Be able to articulate our differentiators and communicate our value to the clients we serve
Work with team to ensure a seamless line of communication regarding business strategies, new processes, and consistency of brand and messaging
Collaborate with the team to create new promotional marketing and sales campaigns
Collaborate with the team to create” Keep In Touch workflows” within Dynamics CRM based on lead or client stage engagement
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and website content - write and edit marketing collaterals
Work with the sales team to support lead generation and nurture campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with prospects
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns to improve future efforts
Become competent with Microsoft Dynamics CRM marketing automation, sales process, and workflows - ensure the leads that are captured are properly tagged/categorized, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Document, develop, and maintain internal sales, marketing, and CRM training materials
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Work closely with the President to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals
Assist the company president with administrative tasks related to sales and support of the sales team
Manage social media accounts of the President
Qualifications – Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred
1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales or as a marketing specialist or similar role required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of computer proficiency
Strong project management and organizational skills
Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
Basic knowledge of email marketing best practices and compliance
Basic graphic design and design software skills
Keen eye for attention to detail and proofreading
Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
Salary/Benefits
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
